摘要
为研究卷烟加工过程中糖料料液中不溶物质溶解性及料液内在化学成分体系的稳定性,通过物理离心分离和热处理技术,分离料液中的不溶物质并测定其含量,用气相色谱质谱联用仪检测料液中挥发性半挥发性化学成分的相对含量。结果表明,煮沸热处理操作有助于提高配料混合后物质的溶解性能;煮沸热处理操作对料液样品中挥发性与半挥发性化学成分含量有显著影响,经煮沸处理后,糖料样品中极易挥发的薄荷醇、2,3-丁二醇、2-呋喃甲醇等成分含量呈降低趋势,丙二醇、香兰素、尼古丁、乙酸、乙基麦芽酚等高沸点化合物其含量呈升高趋势,煮沸热处理操作利于糖料中高沸点化合物的溶解稳定,但不利于极易挥发物质的稳定性。为制丝加料工艺技术改进研究提供科学依据。
The solubility of insoluble substances and the stability of the internal chemical composition system in the sugar liquid during cigarette processing were studied.By means of physical centrifugal separation and heat treatment,the insoluble substances in the finished sugar liquid were separated and measured.The relative content of volatile semi-volatile chemical components in the liquid were detected by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry.The results showed that the boiling heat treatment operation was conducive to improving the solubility of ingredients after mixing.The boiling heat treatment operation had a significant effect on the contents of volatile and semi-volatile chemical components in the samples.After boiling treatment,the contents of highly volatile menthol,2,3-butanediol,2-furanyl alcohol and other components in the sugar samples showed a decreasing trend,while the contents of high-boiling compounds such as propylene glycol,vanillin,nicotine,acetic acid and ethyl maltol showed an increasing trend.The boiling heat treatment operation was conducive to the dissolution and stability of high-boiling compounds in the sugar samples.But being not conducive to the stability of highly volatile substances.These provided scientific basis for the improvement of the technology of silk feeding.
