摘要
介绍了甲醛系树脂胶黏剂的改性方式及机理,通过改性脲醛树脂、酚醛树脂和三聚氰胺甲醛树脂胶黏剂,来改善人造板板性能并且降低游离甲醛的释放量。改性后的甲醛系树脂胶黏剂在人造板制造中表现出优异的性能,降低甲醛释放量,提高环保性能,且胶合强度优异。
Trialdehyde resin are extensively utilized in the wood-based panels industry.This article reviews modification methods and mechanisms for formaldehyde-based adhesives.Enhancements to urea-formaldehyde,phenolic,and melamine-formaldehyde resin adhesives improve panel performance and reduce free formaldehyde emissions.The modified adhesives demonstrate superior performance in wood-based panels,significantly lowering formaldehyde emissions and enhancing bonding strength.
