人造板表面保护膜自动脱膜技术研究

Automatic Peeling Technology for Surface Protection Films on Wood-based Panels

介绍了人造板表面保护膜的集成自动化脱膜和修边系统,该系统应用于家具制造业中人造板生产过程的表面保护。传统手动修边方法耗间长、不稳定且存在安全风险,因此提出采用自动化脱膜与修边系统来解决这些问题。该系统通过增加装置和优化工艺流程,如使用弹簧海绵砂块、弯形气枪及调整粗修刀等方式,实现了高效、可靠的脱膜和修边。应用该系统能提高产品质量、工作效率与工作安全性,同时节约成本,具有广泛的应用前景。

This paper introduces an integrated system for automatic peeling and edge trimming for surface protection films on wood-based panels for furniture manufacturing.Traditional manual edge trimming is often time-consuming,unstable,and poses safety risks.To address these issues,we propose an automatic system incorporating innovations such as a spring-loaded sponge block,a curved air gun,and enhancements to the rough trimming tool.This system improves peeling and edge trimming efficiency and reliability,enhancing product quality,work efficiency,and safety while reducing costs.Its application is promising across various scenarios.
