中俄人文合作受两国外交关系的影响并服务于外交关系的建构。21世纪以来,中俄两国开展了多级别、多角度、多方位的人文合作,取得了丰硕的成果。中俄教育领域合作经历了从国家到校级联盟的多元合作路径、从留学到共同办学的双边合作模式和从单一到文理兼顾的学科合作趋势的嬗变。在文化领域,中俄在语言、文学、艺术与民俗方面展开了全面深入的合作,实现了文明互鉴的官民联动的常态化合作模式。中俄媒体合作拓展了国际传播新路径,共塑了中俄国家新形象,突出了媒体合作新群体,打造了信息传播新方式。在旅游合作中,中俄政府首创国家旅游年合作机制,推广区域地方旅游合作路径,开展了“旅游+”多主题与多类别的合作实践。中俄卫生合作主要包括双方共建医疗卫生学科、共享医疗卫生资源、共渡疫情疫病难关。为进一步促进中俄人文合作发展,应继续发挥中俄政府顶层设计的引导作用,夯实合作基石并开拓合作方向。

China-Russia cultural and people-to-people exchange serves the development of diplomatic relations between the two countries and is influenced by these relations.Since the 21st century,China and Russia have carried out multi-level,multi-angle and multi-faceted cooperation and achieved fruitful results.In the field of education,their cooperation has undergone a transformation from state-led cooperation path to diversified cooperation path,from simple communication model to joint school-running cooperation model,and from single-discipline cooperation trend to cooperation trend including both arts and sciences.In the field of culture,China and Russia have carried out comprehensive and in-depth cooperation in language,literature,art and folklore,and realized a normalized cooperation model of official-civilian linkage for mutual learning of civilizations.Moreover,China-Russia media cooperation has expanded new paths for international communication,jointly shaped a new image of China and Russia,highlighted new groups of media cooperation,and created a new way of information dissemination.In tourism cooperation,the Chinese and Russian governments pioneered the National Tourism Year cooperation mechanism,promoted regional and local tourism cooperation paths,and carried out"tourism+"cooperation practices with multiple themes and categories.China-Russia health cooperation mainly includes jointly building medical and health disciplines,sharing medical and health resources,and overcoming the difficulties of the epidemic.To further promote China-Russia cultural and people-to-people exchange,the Chinese and Russian governments should focus on the top-level design,consolidate the cornerstone of cooperation and explore new direction of cooperation.
