摘要
磷酸盐改性铝酸盐水泥(CAPC)是一类新型胶凝材料,其特征反应为铝酸盐水泥与可溶性磷酸盐发生化学反应生成具有胶结性的难溶性磷酸盐.本文系统性总结了自CAPC理念提出30年来关于CAPC原材料、凝结硬化机理、新拌浆体流动性、硬化浆体组成与孔结构、力学性能与耐久性的重要研究进展;介绍CAPC作为耐火材料、腐蚀防护层和放射性废物固化材料的应用前景;最后提出CAPC研究和应用过程中所面临的问题以及未来研发方向.
Phosphate modified calcium aluminate cement(CAPC)is a new type of cementitious materials,the typical chemical reaction of which is that calcium aluminate cement reacts with water-soluble phosphate to generate insoluble phosphate with cementation properties.The major advances in CAPC since its proposal about three decades ago are summarized in this paper,including the raw materials,setting and hardening mechanism,fluidity of fresh pastes,composition and structure of reaction products,mechanical properties and durability of hardened pastes.Then the applications of CAPC as refractories,corrosion protective layers and binders for immobilization of radioactive wastes are introduced.Current problems and development directions in the research and applications of CAPC are finally discussed.
