摘要
刨花板生产中,大型振动筛是提升刨花筛分效果的核心设备。近年来,在研制高性能、长寿命振动筛的过程中,各类先进设计技术与方法得到了广泛的探索与应用。研究人员通过采用动力学建模深入研究筛体的运动特性,并运用离散元法优化筛分操作参数,同时借助有限元法实现了筛体的动态设计。此外,还提出了影响振动筛达到最佳工作参数的关键因素,并详细阐述了筛体的动力学分析过程及优化设计策略。
The development of large vibrating screens is essential for enhancing wood chip screening efficiency.Recent advancements have focused on integrating cutting-edge design techniques to create high-performance,durable screens.Researchers conducted in-depth research on the motion characteristics of the sieve body by using dynamic modeling,and optimized the screening operation parameters using discrete element method.At the same time,the dynamic design of the sieve body was achieved using finite element method.Additionally,the finite element method was applied for dynamic design improvements.This study identified key factors affecting optimal screen operation and presented strategies for dynamic analysis and optimization.
