连续压制热固性树脂浸渍纸装饰层积板(CPL)的性能分析

Performance of Continuously Pressed Decorative Laminates Sheet Made from Thermosetting Resins(CPL)

连续压制热固性树脂浸渍纸装饰层积板(CPL)是一种可用于小角度异形包覆的新型材料。试验以12种市场常见的CPL材料为研究对象,系统分析了其表面性能、柔韧性和可成型性。结果表明,CPL材料表面性能良好,除超柔软型CPL外,其他类型的CPL表面抗划痕能力好;弯曲包覆型CPL的柔韧性优良,当用直径为20 mm的圆形钢管对样品进行弯曲时,90%的样品未开裂,对于超柔软型CPL,可满足直径为10 mm圆形钢管弯曲不开裂;超柔软型CPL在可成型性测试中满足曲率半径为1 mm的阳模弯曲包覆要求。

Continuously pressed decorative laminates sheet made from thermosetting resins(CPL)is a new type of material that can be used for small-angle irregular wrapping.In this paper,the surface performance,flexibility and formability of CPL materials were studied.The results showed that CPL materials had favourable surface performance.The CPL samples had good scratch resistance except for ultra-soft materials.In the flexibility test,when bent with a circular steel tube with a diameter of 20 mm,90%of the samples did not crack.The ultra-soft CPL could withstand the bending strength of a circular steel tube with a diameter of 10 mm.The ultra-soft CPL met the curvature radius requirement of 1 mm in the test of formability.
