The Practical Value and Academic Approach of Philosophy and Social Sciences in Promoting the Inheritance and Innovation of Traditional Chinese Medicine

现代科学技术为中医药知识创新提供了范式转换和技术支撑,取得了积极成效,但也面临中医药核心思维缺位、中医药自主知识体系建设受限、中医药医学人文价值缺失等时代困境。哲学社会科学从知识属性、知识建构和知识传播等维度,对于助力中医药学知识的内涵解读、消弭不同知识体系间的学科壁垒、助推中医药知识的跨文化传播等方面具有不可替代的价值。为此,通过加强知识内涵阐释,坚定中医药发展路径自信;深化学科交叉融合,建构中医药自主知识体系;推进话语体系建设,彰显中医药人文医学价值,充分彰显哲学社会科学对于提升中医药知识理解力、沟通力、传播力的现实价值,积极促进哲学社会科学与自然科学同力共驱中医药知识守正创新。

Modern science and technology have provided paradigm shifts and technical support for the innovation of traditional Chinese medicine knowledge,achieving positive results.However,they also face challenges such as the lack of core thinking in traditional Chinese medicine,limitations in the construction of independent knowledge systems in traditional Chinese medicine,and the lack of humanistic values in traditional Chinese medicine.Philosophy and social sciences have irreplaceable value in assisting the interpretation of the connotation of traditional Chinese medicine knowledge,eliminating disciplinary barriers between different knowledge systems,and promoting cross-cultural dissemination of traditional Chinese medicine knowledge from the dimensions of knowledge attributes,knowledge construction,and knowledge dissemination.To this end,by strengthening the interpretation of knowledge content,we can strengthen our confidence in the development path of traditional Chinese medicine;deepen interdisciplinary integration and construct an independent knowledge system for traditional Chinese medicine;promote the construction of a discourse system,highlight the humanistic and medical value of traditional Chinese medicine,fully demonstrate the practical value of philosophy and social sciences in enhancing the understanding,communication,and dissemination of traditional Chinese medicine knowledge,and actively promote the joint efforts of philosophy and social sciences and natural sciences to promote the innovation of traditional Chinese medicine knowledge.
