摘要
民用飞机吊挂是连接发动机和机翼并传递载荷的重要部件,为防火、燃油、液压、气源等系统提供布置空间,是民用飞机的重要组成部分,其是否具有良好的维修性直接关系到飞机的经济性、安全性、市场竞争力等。基于维修性通用要求、适航规章、现有机型运行经验、航空公司要求等开展民用飞机吊挂维修性设计;使用串、并行维修技术,完成短舱、吊挂及其内部设备和管线路维修流程设计。最后,确定防火、燃油、液压等系统维修性验证准则,使用虚拟维修人、虚拟维修工具、设备和管线路模型、吊挂数字样机等完成吊挂全部系统的虚拟维修验证。
The pylon of civil aircraft is an important part that connects the engine and wings,and transfers loads,providing layout space for fire prevention,fuel,hydraulic,air supply and other systems.It is an important component of civil aircraft,and its good maintainability directly affects the economy,safety and market competition of the aircraft.This article conducts maintenance design for civil aircraft pylon based on general requirements for maintainability,airworthiness regulations,existing aircraft operating experience,and airline requirements.Using serial parallel maintenance technology,complete the design of the maintenance process for the nacelle,pylon,and its internal equipment and pipeline.Finally,determining the maintenance verification criteria for fire protection,fuel,hydraulic and other systems and using virtual maintenance person,virtual maintenance tools,equipment and pipeline models,pylon digital prototypes,etc.to complete the virtual maintenance verification of all pylon systems.
