摘要
海洋平台通常配有大型转动设备,如压缩机、离心泵等,与其相连接的管道振动问题十分普遍。剧烈的振动会导致管道及连接部件破坏,管道破裂,使管道发生泄露,进而引起燃烧、爆炸等恶性事故。这样不但会直接造成平台停止运转,甚至还会造成人员伤亡。为减少海水提升泵和置换泵对平台管道的振动影响,以某项目海水系统管道设计为例,使用ANSYS软件,对相关的管线进行机械激励振动分析,提出减振措施,为保障海洋平台运行服役安全、优化管道设计方案并指导运行维护提供决策依据。
Offshore platforms are usually equipped with rotating equipment,such as com-pressors,centrifugal pumps,etc.,which leads to vibration of pipelines connected with them.Se-vere vibration will lead to fatigue damage of pipelines and connecting parts,rupture of pipelines,leakage of pipelines,and vicious accidents such as combustion and explosion,which will not only directly cause the platform to stop running,but also cause casualties and huge losses.In order to solve the vibration influence of seawater lift pumpand displacement pump on platform pipeline,taking the pipeline design of seawater system of a project as an example,the mechanical excitation vibration of related pipelines is analyzed by ANSYS software,and the vibration reduction measures are put forward,which provides decision-making basis for ensuring the safety of offshore platform operation and service,optimizing pipeline design scheme and guiding operation and maintenance.
