摘要
对铸件舵机壳体进行改型设计,完成了模具设计和压铸产品的试制加工,发现试制得到的舵机壳体中部分存在齿轮卡涉、舵机电流跳动大、舵机卡死等故障。对试制产品进行工艺分析,通过对压铸模进行结构优化改进,同时优化铸件产品的精加工工艺,解决了铸件舵机壳体的故障问题,提高了舵机产品的合格率。
The article carries out modification design of the casting steering gear shell,and completes the die design and die casting product processing.In view of the problems existing in the steering gear shell after die casting,the process is analyzed,the structure of the die is modified,and the finishing machining of the casting product is optimized.The problem is solved,and the product qualification rate of the steering gear is improved.
