CDIO联合CBL教学模式在儿科护理本科生临床见习中的应用

摘要 目的探讨和评价CDIO联合CBL教学模式在儿科护理本科生临床见习中的应用价值。方法选取右江民族医学院2020级儿科护理本科(3、4班)114名学生为对照组,选取2020级儿科护理本科(1、2班)113名学生为试验组。对照组采用传统教学模式,试验组采用CDIO联合CBL教学模式,运用自主学习能力测评量表、教学满意度调查问卷及期末考核成绩,比较两种教学模式在两组学生儿科护理临床见习中的效果。结果教学干预后,试验组学生的自主学习能力、对教学方法的满意度及期末考核总成绩均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在儿科护理临床见习带教中实施CDIO联合CBL教学模式能有效提高学生的自主学习能力,得到了学生的广泛认可,提升了教学质量和学生的综合素质。 Objective To explore and evaluate the application value of CDIO combined with CBL teaching model in clinical internship for pediatric nursing undergraduates.Methods 114 pediatric nursing undergraduates(Class 3 and 4)from Youjiang Medical University for Nationalities in 2020 were selected as control group,and 113 pediatric nursing undergraduates(Class 1 and 2)in 2020 were selected as experimental group.The control group received traditional teaching model,while experimental group received CDIO combined with CBL teaching model.The Self-taught Ability Assessment Scale,Teaching Satisfaction Survey Questionnaire,and final assessment scores were used to compare the effects of the two teaching models on pediatric nursing clinical internship of two groups of students.Results After teaching intervention,students in experimental group had higher self-taught ability,satisfaction with teaching methods,and overall final assessment scores than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of CDIO combined with CBL teaching model in pediatric nursing clinical internship teaching can effectively improve students'self-taught ability,this has been widely recognized by students,improved teaching quality and students'comprehensive quality as well.
