嵌入理论视角下医养结合社区居家养老服务运行机制研究——基于上海的实践探索样本

Research on the Operational Mechanism of Home-based Elderly Care Services in Medical and Elderly Care Integrated Communities from the Perspective of Embeddedness Theory:A Sample Based on Practical Exploration in Shanghai City

社区嵌入式居家养老打破了机构、社区和居家的养老边界,成为当前理论界和社会普遍关注的一种新型养老模式。通过运用嵌入理论,从宏观的环境嵌入、中观的组织间嵌入、微观的双边嵌入3个层次,分析上海的社区嵌入式居家养老服务实践,总结上海面对深度老龄化问题所采取的做法,不断创新养老服务模式的探索之路,为其他城市社区嵌入式居家养老服务模式的开展提供借鉴。

Community embedded home-based elderly care has broken the boundaries of institution,community,and home-based elderly care,becoming a new type of elderly care model that is widely concerned by the theoretical realm and society.By applying embeddedness theory,this paper analyzes the practice of community embedded home-based elderly care services in Shanghai from three levels:macro environmental embeddedness,meso level organizational embeddedness,and micro level bilateral embeddedness.It summarizes the measures taken by Shanghai to address the issue of deep aging,continuously innovates the exploration path of elderly care service models,and provides reference for the development of community embedded home-based elderly care service models in other cities.
