基层医院医务人员科研工作的现状调查分析

Investigation and Analysis on the Status of Medical Staffs'Scientific Research in Grassroots Hospitals

目的对影响基层医院开展科研活动的主要因素进行分析,为同等同类的基层医院开展科研工作提供理论依据与可行性建议。方法在某医院全院范围内开展问卷调查,采用全组随机抽样的原则。相关数据处理采用Excel和SPSS软件进行。结果34.0%的医务人员认为基层医院应当以医疗工作为重点,如需开展科研工作应侧重于临床研究。基层医院医务人员对于开展科研工作的动力主要来源于个人兴趣的占24.2%、获得奖励的占57.3%。医务人员认为现阶段开展科研主要存在缺乏科研平台及条件、缺乏科研氛围的障碍,在临床、医技和护理等不同工作岗位占70%以上。医务人员对于查阅科学文献资料(或电子期刊)方法的掌握程度受学历和性别的影响(P<0.05)。医务人员对科研工作基本方法的了解程度与性别、学历和工作岗位有关(P<0.05)。结论(1)基层医院需要进一步培养医务人员的科研意识;(2)科研工作中因性别导致的差异仍然存在;(3)基层医院需要搭建科研平台营造科研氛围;(4)医学教育需要适应医院科研能力培养的实际需求。

Objective To analyze the main factors that affect the scientific research activities in grassroots hospitals,and provide theoretical basis and feasible suggestions for similar grassroots hospitals to carry out scientific research.Methods A questionnaire survey was conducted throughout the entire hospital with the principle of whole group random sampling.The relevant data processing was carried out with Excel and SPSS software.Results 34.0%of medical staffs believe that grassroots hospitals should focus on medical work,and if scientific research is needed,clinical research should be emphasized.24.2%of medical staffs in grassroots hospitals are motivated by personal interests to carry out scientific research work,while 57.3%receive rewards.Medical staffs believe that there are mainly obstacles to conducting scientific research in nowadays,such as a lack of research platforms and conditions,as well as a lack of research atmosphere.More than 70%of them work in different posts such as clinical,medical technology or nursing.The level of proficiency of medical staffs in accessing scientific literature(or electronic journals)is influenced by educational background and gender(P<0.05).The level of understanding of basic scientific research methods by medical staffs is related to gender,education level and post(P<0.05).Conclusion(1)Grassroots hospitals should further cultivate medical staffs'scientific research awareness.(2)Gender differences still exist in scientific research work.(3)Grassroots hospitals should build research platforms and create a research atmosphere.(4)Medical education should adapt to the practical needs of cultivating hospital research capabilities.
