摘要
获得感作为衡量公共服务绩效的重要指标,近年来成为学界开展公共服务理论研究的热点之一。本文基于2015-2023年的公共服务获得感相关文献进行可视化分析,结果显示,目前国内关于公共服务获得感的研究大多集中在理论内涵探究、实地调查研究、影响因素分析以及公共服务的微观领域上。这些研究虽然在一定程度上促进了公共服务获得感研究的深化,但仍然存在测量工具权威性不足、缺乏跟踪调查以及实践导向较弱等问题。今后的研究重点应围绕理论内涵探讨、统一测量工具以及明晰影响因素等方面,并将研究的落脚点置于公共服务获得感的提升机制。
As an important index to measure the performance of public service,perception of gain has become one of the hot spots in the research of public service theory in recent years.The results of literature analysis on the perception of access to public service published on CNKI from 2015 to 2023 show that most domestic researches on the perception of access to public service are focused on theoretical connotation exploration,field investigation re-search,influencing factor analysis and micro field of public service.Although it has promoted the deepening of the research on the sense of public service acquisition to a certain extent,there are still some problems,such as insuffi-cient authority of measurement tools,lack of follow-up survey and weak practice orientation.Future research should focus on theoretical connotation discussion,unified measurement tools and clear influencing factors,and focus on the enhancement mechanism of public service perception.
