劳动-闲暇思想是马克思主义理论体系的重要组成部分,劳动为闲暇提供基础和前提,闲暇是劳动的最终旨归,二者辩证统一。然而,在资本逻辑和消费主义思潮影响下,劳动与闲暇偏离了其本真含义,劳动沦为资本家攫取剩余价值的“工具”,闲暇扭曲为对欲望和消费的无节制追求。在新时代,调适劳动-闲暇二者之间的良性关系,必须坚持发展生产力为劳动-闲暇复归创造物质条件、必须健全保证合理闲暇时间的长效机制、必须坚持“以人为本”增强劳动-闲暇的主体性、必须引导人们树立正确的劳动观和闲暇观。

The idea of labor and leisure is an important part of the theoretical system of Marxism,in which la-bor provides the basis and prerequisite for leisure,and leisure is the ultimate goal of labor,and the two are dialecti-cally unified.However,under the influence of the logic of capital and the trend of consumerism,labor and leisure have deviated from their true meanings,and labor has been reduced to a"tool"for capitalists to seize surplus value,while leisure has been distorted into the uncontrolled pursuit of desire and consumption.In the new era,to adjust the benign relationship between labor and leisure,it is necessary to insist on the development of productive forces to create the material conditions for the return of labor and leisure,to improve the long-term mechanism to ensure reasonable leisure time,to insist on the"people-centered"enhancement of the subjectivity of labor and leisure,and to guide people to set up a correct outlook on labor and leisure.
