摘要
近百年来,在经历了三代技术更迭后,脊柱内镜技术早已“脱胎换骨”,历经第一代YESS技术、第二代TESSYS技术及第三代的偏心环锯理念(ZESSYS技术)、可视化技术(TESSYS-Iess技术)和开放式手术视角下的脊柱内镜技术(Endo-Surgi技术)等一系列理念和技术革新,凭借切口小、创伤小、可视化、并发症少及安全性高等优点,成为当今脊柱领域的“新宠”,并将在人工智能、介导现实、计算机手术导航、机器人及5G医疗等一系列前沿科技的加持下,开拓出更加广阔的天地。
In the past hundred years,after three generations of technological changes,spinal endoscopy technology has long been"transformed".After a series of conceptual and technical innovations such as the first generation of YESS technology,the second generation of TESSYS technology,the third generation of eccentric ring saw(ZESSYS technology),visualization technology(TESSYs-IESS technology),and the open surgical perspective of the spinal endoscopy technology(Endo-Surgi technology),with the advantages of small incision,small trauma,visualization,fewer complications and high safety,it has become a"new darling"in today's spine field,and will open up a wider world with the blessing of a series of cutting-edge technologies such as artificial intelligence,mediated reality,computer surgical navigation,robotics and 5G medical treatment.
