摘要
随着我国城市化进程的不断推进,大量结构工程建成并投入使用,其运维管理工作面临诸多挑战。本文分析了基于BIM技术构建结构工程智慧运维管理平台的必要性,从平台架构、功能模块、关键技术等方面提出了平台构建方案,并结合工程实例,对基于BIM的结构工程智慧运维管理平台的应用进行了探索实践,旨在有效减少维护时的资源消耗,提高运维效率和运维精度。
With the continuous advancement of China’s urbanization,a large number of structural engineering have been built and put into use,while its operation and maintenance management are facing many challenges.This paper analyzes the necessity of building an intelligent operation and maintenance management platform for structural engineering based on BIM technology,puts forward platform construction scheme from the aspects of platform framework,function modules,key technologies,etc.Combined with engineering examples,it explores and practices the application of intelligent operation and maintenance management platform for structural engineering based on BIM,aiming at effectively reducing resource consumption during maintenance and improve operation and maintenance efficiency and accuracy.
