摘要
在我国工程设计行业数字化转型的背景下,“数字住建”底座基础的重要性愈加凸显。为此,本文选择工程设计领域中的专业技术人员个人电子执业印章为切入点,发现当前存在制度不完善、增加了企业和个人的管理使用成本、降低了相关管理机构企业的管理效率、数字化图纸加密级别不够这四大问题。之后借鉴上海市的先进经验,提出当下应积极开展注册建筑师、勘察设计注册工程师电子执业印章标准(草案)的编制工作以解决上述问题。
Under the background of the digital transformation of China’s engineering design industry,the importance of the foundation of“digital housing construction”has become increasingly prominent.Therefore,this paper chooses the personal electronic practice seal of professional and technical personnel in the field of engineering design as the entry point,and finds that there are four major problems:incomplete system,increased management and usage costs for enterprises and individuals,reduced management efficiency of relevant management organizations and enterprises,and insufficient encryption level of digital drawings.After learning from the advanced experience of Shanghai,it is suggested that the current work should actively develop the preparation of electronic practice seal standard(draft)for registered architects as well as survey and design registered engineers to solve the above problems.
