摘要
发掘小麦种质资源中具有茎基腐病(Fusarium crown rot,FCR)抗性的品种,可以为小麦抗茎基腐病研究和抗病品种选育提供抗病材料。首先,以黄淮麦区小麦茎基腐病高致病力假禾谷镰刀菌(Fusarium psendograminearum,Fp)菌株WZ-8A为接种致病菌,利用病情指数(disease index,DI),对来自国内外不同生态区的260份小麦品种进行3次苗期温室小麦茎基腐病抗病鉴定,结果显示,没有免疫和高抗的小麦材料,有中等抗性材料1份(轮选49,DI为16.67)、低抗材料80份、中感材料153份、高感材料26份。随后,以筛选出的具有良好抗性(DI≤27.50)的14份小麦品种为供试材料,分别接种分离于河北省不同地区且具有不同遗传背景的4个小麦茎基腐病致病菌小种,通过苗期抗病性评价获得兼抗多个河北省小麦茎基腐病小种的小麦种质,结果显示,衡Y16观164、农大2011、茶淀红对4个致病菌小种的平均DI较低,综合抗病性较好。衡Y16观164、农大2011、茶淀红可以为河北省小麦茎基腐病研究和抗病品种选育提供抗病材料。
Exploring wheat germplasm resources resistant to Fusarium crown rot(FCR)can provide disease resistant materials for research on wheat resistance to FCR and breeding of resistant varieties.Firstly,using the highly pathogenic Fusarium psendograminearum(Fp)strain WZ-8A as the inoculant pathogen,260 wheat varieties from different ecological regions at home and abroad were subjected to three rounds of wheat crown rot resistance identification using disease index(DI)in greenhouse.The results showed that there were no immune or highly resistant material,1 medium resistant material(Lunxuan 49,DI=16.67),80 low resistant materials,153 moderately susceptible materials,and 26 highly susceptible materials.Subsequently,14 wheat varieties with good resistance(DI臆27.50)were selected as test materials and inoculated with four FCR pathogen races isolated from different regions of Hebei Province and with different genetic backgrounds.Through seedling resistance evaluation,wheat germplasm resistant to multiple FCR pathogen races in Hebei Province was obtained.The results showed that HengY16guan164,Nongda 2011,and Chadianhong had lower average DI and better comprehensive disease resistance to the four pathogen races,which can provide resistant materials for the research of wheat FCR and the breeding of resistant varieties in Hebei Province.
