摘要
近年来,我国出台了一系列强农、惠农政策,支持鼓励工商资本投资农业,促进现代农业发展。对工商资本投资石家庄市农业的现状、存在问题等进行了调查分析,并提出了完善工商资本投资农业相关政策、搭建涉农企业融资平台等有针对性的对策建议。
In recent years,China has introduced a series of policies to strengthen and benefit agriculture,supporting and encouraging industrial and commercial capital to invest in agriculture,and promoting the development of modern agriculture.A survey and analysis were conducted on the current situation and existing problems of industrial and commercial capital investment in agriculture in Shijiazhuang,and targeted countermeasures and suggestions were proposed to improve policies related to industrial and commercial capital investment in agriculture and build financing platforms for agricultural enterprises.
