摘要
科学合理的综合素养评价工具是保障研究生人才培养质量的关键。在梳理和分析现有理论研究成果和评价模型的基础上,以涉农高校农业工程类专业学位研究生为例,坚持一般性和差异化并重、定性与定量相结合、过程与结果评价相统一的原则,秉承“五育并举”育人理念,提出一种基于逻辑层、支撑层和实现层的金字塔型农业工程类专业学位研究生综合素养评价模型,构建包含品德修养、必备品格、核心能力、社会参与和社会评价等5项一级指标,以及政治素养及表现、智慧、学术创新能力和参加校内公益实践等21项二级指标的评价指标体系。利用层次分析—熵权法(AHP-EWM)明确各评价指标的权重。基于此,提出高校在人才培养过程中,要将立德树人作为行动指南,坚持学术创新与素质能力并重发展,合理优化资源配置,拓宽实践育人平台,重视社会对人才培养质量的第三方评价,以实现专业学位研究生全面成长成才。
A scientifically reasonable comprehensive literacy evaluation tool is the key to ensuring the quality of graduate talent cultivation.On the basis of reviewing and analyzing existing theoretical research achievements and evaluation models,taking agricultural engineering degree graduate students from agricultural universities as an example,adhering to the principles of balancing generality and differentiation,combining qualitative and quantitative evaluation,and unifying process and result evaluation,adhering to the educational concept of“five educations simultaneously”,a pyramid shaped comprehensive quality evaluation model for agricultural engineering degree graduate students based on logic layer,support layer,and implementation layer is proposed.An evaluation index system is constructed,which includes five primary indicators such as moral cultivation,essential character,core ability,social participation,and social evaluation,as well as 21 secondary indicators such as political literacy and performance,wisdom,academic innovation ability,and participation in campus public welfare practice.The Analytic Hierarchy Process Entropy Weight Method(AHP-EWM)is used to clarify the weights of each evaluation indicator.Based on this,it is proposed that universities should take moral education as an action guide in the process of talent cultivation,adhere to the development of academic innovation and quality and ability,reasonably optimize resource allocation,broaden practical education platforms,attach importance to third-party evaluation of talent cultivation quality by society,in order to achieve comprehensive growth and success of professional degree graduate students.
