肿瘤专科医院护士自我关怀现状及影响因素分析

Analysis on status and influencing factors of nurses′ self-care in cancer hospital

目的:调查肿瘤专科医院护士自我关怀现状,并分析其影响因素,为制订和实施针对性的干预措施提供参考。方法:采用便利抽样法,于2022年10月至11月采用一般资料调查表、护士自我关怀量表、心理弹性量表、简易应对方式问卷对466名肿瘤专科医院护士进行调查,采用多元线性回归分析肿瘤专科医院护士自我关怀的影响因素。结果:466名肿瘤专科医院护士自我关怀得分为(138.53±23.11)分。多元线性回归分析显示,力量、乐观、积极应对、受重视程度是肿瘤专科医院护士自我关怀的影响因素(P<0.05),共解释总变异的66.5%。结论:肿瘤专科医院护士的自我关怀有待进一步提升,护理管理者应针对影响因素采取干预措施,提高其自我关怀能力。

Objective:To investigate the status of self-care among nurses in cancer hospital and analyze the influencing factors,so as to provide the reference for the development and implementation of targeted intervention measures.Methods:Convenience sampling method was used to survey 466 nurses from cancer hospital from October to November 2022.The survey utilized a general information questionnaire,the self-care scales in nurses,the Resilience Scale,and the Simplified Coping Style Questionnaire.Multiple linear regression analysis was employed to examine the factors influencing of self-care among nurses in cancer hospital.Results:The self-care score of 466 nurses from cancer hospital was 138.53±23.11.Multiple linear regression analysis revealed that strength,optimism,positive coping,and attention were influencing factors for self-care among these nurses(P<0.05),collectively explaining 66.5%of the total variance.Conclusion:The self-care of nurses in cancer hospitals needs further improvement.Nursing administrators should implement targeted interventions based on influencing factors to enhance their self-care abilities.
