基于邪之所凑 其气必虚论治复发性病毒性角膜炎

The Treatment of Recurrent Venereal Toxic Keratitis Based on Pathogenic Qi Attacking Undoubtedly Healthy Qi Being Deficiency

“邪之所凑,其气必虚”出自《黄帝内经》,后世医家及著作对其内涵反复阐明并通过临床实践逐渐丰富,广泛运用于临床各科疾病,对中医眼科治疗有重要指导意义。病毒性角膜炎为眼表多发病、疑难病,反复发作是其特征,此病侵犯眼实质,严重影响视力。主要病因为正气虚弱、正不胜邪,多为本虚标实。此文从“邪之所凑,其气必虚”理论出发,分析复发性病毒性角膜炎的病因病机,探讨其在复发性病毒性角膜炎治疗中的指导意义。

The “pathogenic qi attacking undoubtedly healthy qi being deficiency” is derived from Huangdi Neijing.The connotation of this theory has been repeatedly clarified by later doctors and works and gradually enriched through clinical practice.It is widely used in various clinical diseases and has important guiding significance for the treatment of ophthalmology of traditional Chinese medicine.Viral keratitis is a common and difficult disease of the ocular surface,characterized by repeated attacks,which invade the ocular parenchyma and seriously affect vision.The main pathogenesis is the weakness of qi and the deficiency of qi and the deficiency of qi and the excess of qi.Based on the theory of pathogenic qi attacking and undoubtedly healthy qi being deficiency,this paper analyzed the etiology and pathogenesis of recurrent venereal keratitis and probed into its guiding significance in the treatment of recurrent venereal keratitis.
