清肺通络方对哮喘小鼠肺组织ILC3s的影响

摘要 目的 探讨清肺通络方对哮喘小鼠肺组织ILC3s的影响。方法 建立OVA致敏哮喘小鼠模型,将24只BAL/c小鼠,随机分为4组,即对照组、模型组、地塞米松组、清肺通络方组。对照组不给予任何操作;其余各组分别进行相应处置。结果 小鼠肺组织HE染色发现,与对照组相比,模型组小鼠肺组织出现明显病理改变。和模型组相比,清肺通络方组和地塞米松组肺组织病理改变均明显减轻,其中清肺通络方组减轻更显著。4组小鼠肺组织中ILC3s差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。和模型组相比,清肺通络方组和地塞米松组肺组织ILC3s比例显著降低(P<0.05),清肺通络方组和地塞米松组差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 中药清肺通络方可能通过调节肺组织ILC3s达到缓解哮喘的作用。 Objective To explore the effect of clearing lung and dredging collaterals formula on ILC3s in lung tissue of asthmatic mice.Methods To establish an OVA sensitized asthma mouse model,24 BAL/c mice were randomly divided into control group,model group,dexamethasone group,and Qingfei Tongluo formula group.The control group was not given any operation.The remaining groups were arranged accordingly.Results HE staining of mouse lung tissue showed that the lung tissue of the model group showed obvious pathological changes compared with the control group.Compared with the model group,the pathological changes of lung tissue in Qingfei Tongluo formula group and dexamethasone group were significantly reduced,especially in Qingfei Tongluo formula group.The difference of ILC3s in lung tissues of 4 groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared with model group,the proportion of ILC3s in lung tissue of Qingfei Tongluo formula group and dexamethasone group was significantly decreased(P<0.05),but there was no statistical significance between TCM group and Western medicine group(P>0.05).Conclusion Chinese medicine clearing lung and dredging collaterals formula may alleviate asthma by regulating ILC3s of lung tissue.
