柴胡泻心汤治疗湿热阻胃型痞满临床观察

Chaihu Xiexin Decoction in the Treatment of Distention and Fullness of Dampness-heat Obstructing Stomach Syndrome

目的观察自拟柴胡泻心汤治疗湿热阻胃型痞满的临床疗效。从理论基础和临床观察2个方面探讨其治疗痞满的作用机制。方法选取2022年2月—2022年9月洛阳市东方人民医院中医科收治的90例湿热阻胃型痞满患者,随机分为治疗组(柴胡泻心口服)和对照组(雷贝拉唑钠肠溶胶囊联合清热祛湿颗粒口服),各45例。2组均以4周为1个疗程,1个疗程后评定疗效。结果治疗后,观察组临床总有效率高于对照组,中医证候积分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论自拟柴胡泻心汤可有效改善湿热阻胃型痞满的临床症状,整体治疗效果较为满意,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of Chaihu Xiexin decoction in the treatment of distention and fullness of dampness-heat obstructing stomach syndrome,and to discuss the mechanism of the treatment from the aspects of theory and clinical observation.Methods A total of 90 patients with distention and fullness of dampness-heat obstructing stomach syndrome admitted to Luoyang Dongfang People's Hospital from February 2022 to September 2022 were selected and randomly divided into treatment group(Chaihu Xiexin decoction oral) and control group(rabeprazole sodium enteric-dissolved capsule combined with Qingre Qushi granule oral),with 45 cases in each group.The two groups were treated with a course of treatment for 4 weeks,and the curative effect was evaluated after 1 course of treatment.Results After treatment,the total clinical effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the TCM syndrome score was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical effect of Chaihu Xiexin decoction is satisfactory,it can obviously relieve the clinical symptoms of patients,help patients to recover health,and is worthy of clinical application.
