针刺治疗偏头痛研究进展

Research Progress of Acupuncture in the Treatment of Migraine

偏头痛作为一种临床高发的慢性疾病,随着人们生活节奏的加快,患者趋于年轻化。针刺治疗偏头痛安全性高,疗效显著,临床常用,较西药治疗不良反应少,更易被患者接受。如今,国内运用针刺治疗偏头痛的研究日益增多,为临床治疗提供新思路、新方法。文章现对近年发表的针刺治疗偏头痛的相关研究文献进行分析总结,常用治疗方法可分为单纯针刺、针灸结合、针刺与药物结合、特殊针刺、特定部位针刺;常选用百会、太阳、风池等头部穴位,而又因病因不同采用不同配穴。

Migraine,as a chronic disease with high clinical incidence,tends to be younger with the acceleration of people's life pace.Acupuncture treatment has high safety,significant curative effect,is commonly used in clinical practice,has less side effects than western medicine treatment,and is easier to be accepted by patients.Nowadays,the study of acupuncture treatment for migraine is increasing in China,which provides new ideas and new methods for clinical treatment.The recent published research literature on acupuncture treatment for migraine was analyzed and discussed.It is found that the common treatment methods are simple acupuncture treatment,acupuncture and moxibustion combined treatment,acupuncture and drug combined treatment,special acupuncture treatment,specific parts acupuncture treatment.Baihui(DU20),Taiyang(EX-HN5),Fengchi(GB20)and other head acupoints were selected.Different acupoints were used for different causes.
