摘要
随着大数据、人工智能、区块链等前沿技术的广泛应用,快递物流业正迎来数字化转型的黄金机遇期。文章研究圆通速递的数字化转型路径及其实施效果。结果显示,圆通速递通过构建多核心数字化系统优化各环节经营效率,有效降低了核心成本费用,显著提升了客户满意度;数字化持续转型显著增强了圆通速递的市场竞争力,提升了企业绩效。本研究不仅总结了圆通速递的成功经验,也为其他企业提供数字化转型的参考与启示。
With the wide application of big data,artificial intelligence,blockchain and other cutting-edge technologies,the express delivery logistics industry is ushering in a golden opportunity period for digital transformation.This paper studies the digital transformation path and its implementation effect of YTO Express.By building a multi-core digital system,YTO Express optimizes the operating efficiency of each link,effectively reduces the core costs,and significantly improves customer satisfaction.The continuous digital transformation has significantly enhanced the market competitiveness of YTO Express and improved the enterprise performance.This study not only summarizes the successful experience of YTO Express,but also provides the reference and inspiration for other enterprises in digital transformation.
