体验旅游视角下乡村民宿开发路径探究

Exploration on the Development Path of Villagers'Hostel in Rural Areas from the Perspective of Experiential Tourism

随着人们对于旅游体验的需求与日俱增,乡村民宿这一旅游业态也逐渐成为越来越多旅游者的首选,以其独树一帜的文化氛围、自然风光与人文交流等特色,吸引了众多游客前来体验。本文基于体验旅游视角,以乡村民宿为研究对象,总结了旅游者对体验旅游式乡村民宿的需求特征,分析了体验旅游式乡村民宿在发展中所面临的问题,探讨了体验旅游式乡村民宿的未来开发方向。文章重点介绍了体验旅游式乡村住宿设施的创建,应满足住宿设施的功能需求、自然环境的利用、地方文化的传承、乡土场景的营造和新文化的创造。且应在打造情感体验、深化居住回忆方向进行改造开发。并在体验旅游视角下对当前体验旅游式乡村民宿的建设提出了具有可行性的开发意见。在打造民宿特色方面,可以对文化基因筛选组合,凸显乡村民宿特色。在增强体验感方面,可以丰富民宿活动项目的承载内容。在体验旅游式乡村民宿的设计方面,可以优化空间功能布局,以促进互动交流体验。在保留“乡味”方面,要注重原真性与现代化并举,-98-www.ivypub.org/emj舒适度与文化性共存。在巩固方面本文提出可以通过地方特色伴手礼的形式来巩固体验感存储,促进传播。本研究可对体验旅游式乡村民宿改造开发路径的探索提供一定的帮助。

With people's increasing demand for tourism experience,the country house has gradually become the first choice for more and more tourists,attracting many tourists to experience it with its unique cultural atmosphere,natural scenery and cultural exchanges.Based on the perspective of experience tourism,this paper takes the village residence as the research object,summarizes the characteristics of tourists'demand for experience tourism village residence,analyzes the problems faced in the development of experience tourism village residence,and discusses the future development direction of experience tourism village residence.This paper focuses on the creation of experience tourism rural accommodation facilities,which should meet the functional requirements of accommodation facilities,the utilization of natural environment,the inheritance of local culture,the creation of local scenes and the creation of new culture.And it should be reformed and developed in the direction of creating emotional experience and deepening residential memories.And from the perspective of experience tourism,this paper puts forward feasible development suggestions for the construction of the current experience tourism-style village hostel.In creating the characteristics of homestays,we can screen and combine cultural genes to highlight the characteristics of rural homestays.In terms of enhancing the sense of experience,it can enrich the carrying content of homestay activities.In terms of the design of experiencing tourist-style village houses,we can optimize the layout of spatial functions to promote the interactive exchange experience.In preserving the"rural flavor",we should pay attention to both authenticity and modernization,and comfort and culture coexist.In the aspect of consolidation,we can consolidate the storage of experience and promote the spread through the form of local characteristic hand-holding ceremony.This study can provide certain assistance for exploring the development path of experiential tourism style rural homestay renovation.
