耳穴压豆治疗乳腺癌相关失眠Meta分析

Meta-analysis of Auricular Pressing Beans in the Treatment of Breast Cancer-related Insomnia

目的 系统评价耳穴压豆对乳腺癌相关失眠的临床疗效和睡眠质量影响。方法 通过计算机检索知网、维普、万方、CBM、PubMed数据库,纳入耳穴压豆治疗乳腺癌相关失眠的随机对照试验,检索时间从建库至2023年9月25日,并使用Rev Man 5.3软件进行Meta分析。结果 共纳入22项随机研究,共1799例患者,耳穴压豆能够降低匹兹堡睡眠质量指数量表(Pittsburgh sleep quality index,PSQI)评分、提高疗效。结论 耳穴压豆可以改善乳腺癌相关失眠患者的睡眠质量,提高临床疗效,可行性高,可进一步推广。

Objective To systematically evaluate the clinical efficacy and sleep quality of auricular pressing beans on breast cancer-related insomnia,Methods Randomised controlled trials of auricular pressing beans for breast cancer-related insomnia were included in a computer search of CNKI,Weipu,Wanfang,CBM,and PubMed databases from the time of database construction to 25 September 2023,and Meta-analysis was performed using Rev Man 5.3 software.Results A total of 22 randomized studies with 1799 patients were included,and auricular pressing beans were able to reduce the Pittsburgh sleep quality index(PSQI),improve the efficacy of treatment,and the difference was statistically significant.Conclusion Auricular acupoint pressing bean can improve the sleep quality and clinical efficacy of patients with breast cancer-related insomnia,which is highly feasible and can be further promoted.
