苓桂术甘汤结合头针丛刺治疗颈性眩晕临床观察

Linggui Zhugan Decoction Combined with Scalp Acupuncture Cluster Needling in the Treatment of Cervical Vertigo

目的 观察自拟苓桂术甘汤加减结合头针丛刺治疗颈性眩晕疗效。方法 纳入82例颈性眩晕患者,以随机数字表法将其分为中医组、西药组,各41例,西药组口服盐酸氟桂利嗪胶囊,中医组在西药组基础上服用自拟苓桂术甘汤加减结合头针丛刺治疗,比较2组患者数据情况。结果 中医组总有效率比西药组更高(P<0.05);治疗后,中医组中医证候(眩晕、头重、胸闷、肢体沉重等)积分、颈性眩晕症状与功能评估量表(ESCV)评分、椎-基底动脉血流收缩期最大速度等指标均优于西药组(P<0.05);西药组1例口干,中医组1例乏力,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 自拟苓桂术甘汤加减结合头针丛刺治疗颈性眩晕效果良好。

Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of Linggui Zhugan decoction combined with scalp acupuncture cluster needling on cervical vertigo.Methods A total of 82 patients with cervical vertigo were randomly divided into a TCM group and a Western medicine group using a random number table method,with 41 cases in each group.The Western medicine group received oral flunarizine hydrochloride capsules,while the TCM group received oral flunarizine hydrochloride capsules and Linggui Zhugan decoction combined with scalp acupuncture for treatment.The data of each group of patients were compared.Results The total effective rate of TCM group was higher than that of Western medicine group(P<0.05).The score of TCM syndrome(vertigo,head weight,chest tightness,limb weight,etc.),the score of cervical vertigo symptom and Functional Evaluation Scale(ESCV),and the maximum vertebrobasilar blood flow systolic velocity after treatment in TCM group were all better than those in Western medicine group(P<0.05).There was no statistical significance in one case of dry mouth in Western medicine group and one case of fatigue in TCM group(P>0.05).Conclusion The combination of modified Linggui Zhugan decoction and scalp needle cluster needling is effective in treating cervical vertigo.
