药灸治疗II~III期褥疮临床观察

Chinese Medicine Moxibustion in the Treatment of Stage II-III Pressure Ulcers

目的 观察中药药灸对II~III期褥疮患者的临床效果。方法 选取2019年8月—2024年2月山东第二医科大学附属医院昌乐人民医院中医康养科收治的64例II~III期褥疮患者作为研究对象,按随机数字表法分为对照组(30例,艾灸治疗)和试验组(34例,辨证施灸中药药灸治疗),比较2组治疗效果。结果 试验组治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗4周后,试验组白细胞水平、伤口渗液量、疼痛程度、褥疮面积均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 通过辨证施灸的中药药灸可减少II~III期褥疮患者的炎性反应,减少褥疮面渗出,减轻疼痛,疗效优于普通艾灸,值得临床进一步推广和应用。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of Chinese medicine moxibustion on patients with stage II-III pressure ulcers.Methods A total of 64 patients with stage II-III pressure ulcers in Changle People's Hospital,Affiliated Hospital of Shandong Second Medical University from August 2019 to February 2024 were selected as the research subjects.They were randomly divided into a control group(30 cases,treated with moxibustion) and an experimental group(34 cases,treated with Chinese medicine moxibustion using syndrome differentiation moxibustion) using a random number table method.The therapeutic effect of the two groups was compared.Results The total effective rate of experimental group was higher than that of control group(P<0.05).After 4 weeks of treatment,leukocyte level,wound fluid volume,pain degree and bedsore area of experimental group were lower than those of control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Chinese medicine moxibustion through syndrome differentiation can reduce the inflammatory response of patients with stage II-III pressure ulcers,reduce the exudation of the pressure ulcer surface,reduce pain,and have better therapeutic effects than ordinary moxibustion.It is worth further promotion and application in clinical practice.
