miR-34a在艾灸延缓皮肤衰老机制中的作用

摘要 衰老是许多慢性退行性疾病和癌症的主要危险因素,miRNA与衰老关系的研究已成近年来衰老研究的新热点。大量文献表明艾灸可延缓皮肤衰老,通过查阅近年来miRNA与艾灸延缓衰老机制相关文献,分析其作用机制并进行探讨。讨论研究发现miR-34家族成员miR-34a在诱导皮肤衰老中扮演着重要的角色,受p53调控的信号通路是皮肤衰老中至关重要的一环,p53/miR-34a信号通路可调控衰老进程,艾灸可下调p53、CDK4等的表达水平。艾灸延缓皮肤衰老机制与p53/miR-34a信号通路密切相关,且艾灸或可通过该通路直接影响皮肤衰老进程。文章以此为阐明艾灸延缓衰老的作用机制提供思路,以期为艾灸抗衰研发与治疗提供新方向。 Agedness is a major risk factor for many chronic degenerative diseases and cancers.In recent years,there are more and more researches on the relationship between microRNA(miRNA)and aging.Related literatures showed that traditional Chinese medicine can delay aging,but no research clarify what is the specific relationship between mechanism about aging delayed by traditional Chinese medicine and miRNA clearly.By reviewing the researches on miRNA and anti-aging mechanism of traditional Chinese medicine in recent years,we analyzed this mechanism mentioned above.It is found that microRNA-34a(miR-34a),plays an important role in the induction of skin aging.The signaling pathway regulated by p53 is a crucial part of skin aging,and the p53/miR-34a signaling pathway can regulate the aging process,and moxibustion can down-regulate the expression levels of p53,Cyclin-Dependent Kinase 4(CDK4)and so on.The anti-aging effect of moxibustion is closely related to the p53/miR-34a signaling pathway,moxibustion may directly affect the skin aging process through this pathway.This paper aims to provide ideas for elucidating the mechanism of moxibustion in delaying aging and provide a new direction for the development and treatment of anti-aging by moxibustion.
