摘要
食管癌作为上消化道中一种常见的恶性肿瘤,其发病过程与微生态紊乱密切相关。目前临床上标准治疗手段包括手术、化疗和放射治疗。近年来,抗菌生物材料在抗菌和抗肿瘤治疗方面崭露头角,不仅可以抑制细菌的生长和扩散,还可以作为药物的靶向递送载体。通过利用抗菌生物材料的靶向性和可控释放性,可以精确输送抗肿瘤药物到肿瘤组织内或肿瘤细胞内,从而抑制肿瘤细胞的增殖和转移,实现对肿瘤的精准治疗。抗菌生物材料具有良好的生物相容性和可降解性,在食管癌的预防和诊疗中具有巨大潜力。本文总结了生物抗菌材料在食管癌治疗中的最新进展及其治疗的安全性和有效性。
Esophageal carcinoma,as a common malignant tumor in the upper digestive tract,is closely associated with dysbiosis.Current standard clinical treatments include surgery,chemotherapy,and radiotherapy.In recent years,antimicrobial biomaterials have emerged in the field of antibacterial and antitumor therapy.These materials not only inhibit the growth and spread of bacteria but also serve as drug carriers.By utilizing the targeting and controllable release properties of antimicrobial biomaterials,anti-tumor drugs can be precisely delivered to tumor tissues or tumor cells,thereby inhibiting tumor cell proliferation and metastasis,achieving precise tumor treatment.Antimicrobial biomaterials exhibit good biocompatibility and biodegradability,holding tremendous potential in the prevention and treatment of esophageal carcinoma.This review summarizes the latest advances of antimicrobial biomaterials in the treatment of esophageal carcinoma,as well as their safety and efficacy in therapy.
