民办高校青年教师培养现状及对策探讨——以四川工商学院为例

近年,随着民办高校的不断发展壮大,而青年教师又属于民办高校师资队伍中的主要力量,对他们的培养培训是关系着民办高校未来师资力量和教学质量的关键因素。本文从四川工商学院当前青年教师培养的现状出发,提出存在的问题及原因并提出相应的优化建议。

In recent years,with the continuous development and growth of private universities,and young teachers being the main force in the teaching staff of private universities,their training is a key factor related to the future teaching staff and teaching quality of private universities.This article starts from the current situation of young teacher training at Sichuan University of Technology and Business,proposes existing problems and reasons,and puts forward corresponding optimization suggestions.
