摘要
随着高校教育体制改革的要求,社会层面与职业层面对高校教师的要求越来越高,高校青年教师由于课业量大,评职称难,责任大,回报不匹配等问题,使得他们成为职业倦怠研究的热门群体。本文从社会、高校、个人三种层面分析高校青年教师职业倦怠的成因,并尝试给予相应的对策建议,以期促进教师个体的工作行为与心理健康,实现自主发展。
With the requirements of the reform of the college education system,the social and professional level of the college teachers are getting higher and higher,the young teachers in colleges and universities because of the large amount of courses,the difficulty of evaluating professional titles,the great responsibility,the mismatch of returns and other problems,making them a hot group of job burnout research.This article from the social,colleges and universities,individual three levels analysis of the causes of the young teachers in colleges and universities job burnout,and try to give the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions,in order to promote the individual work behavior and mental health of teachers,to achieve independent development.
