基于ANP法对建筑工程合同实施阶段造价影响因素评价研究

Research on the Evaluation of Cost Influencing Factors in the Implementation Stage of Construction Engineering Contracts Based on ANP Method

建筑工程合同实施阶段是项目造价控制的核心阶段,也是整个工程建设期间费用支出最多的阶段。在查阅大量文献的基础上,结合实际案例,建立了建筑工程合同实施阶段造价影响因素评价指标体系,运用网络层次分析法(ANP)和运用Delphi法计算出一级指标和二级指标的权重,从而得到建筑工程合同实施阶段造价影响因素对造价的不同影响程度,分析出其主要影响因素为材料单价、国家政策、工程变更及索赔、设备单价、成本控制方法、经济环境、人工单价以及施工人员工作效率,这九项因素也主要集中在人为因素、材料设备因素、技术因素以及国家政策与经济环境因素中。本文的研究为能为后续的相关研究提出一定的帮助与支持。

The implementation stage of construction contracts is the core stage of project cost control and also the stage with the highest expenditure during the entire construction period.Based on extensive literature review and practical case studies,an evaluation index system for cost influencing factors in the implementation stage of construction engineering contracts was established.The weights of primary and secondary indicators were calculated using Analytic Hierarchy Process(ANP)and Delphi method to determine the different degrees of impact of cost influencing factors on the cost during the implementation stage of construction engineering contracts.The main influencing factors were analyzed to be material unit price,national policies,engineering changes and claims,equipment unit price,cost control methods,economic environment,labor unit price,and construction personnel work efficiency.These nine factors are mainly concentrated in human factors,material and equipment factors,technical factors,as well as national policies and economic environment factors.This study can provide some help and support for subsequent related research.
