Research on the Control of Financial Data Governance in a Commercial Bank

在数字化转型日渐深入,数据被视为核心资产的背景下,商业银行作为存储和使用大量数据的机构,数据对其业务发展起到的重要作用日益凸显。本文以A商业银行为例,深入开展A商业银行金融数据治理问题的管控研究,通过SWOT分析,梳理A商业银行金融数据治理的管控优势、劣势、机会、威胁,指引研究方向。通过问卷调查法,总结A商业银行金融数据治理的问题,针对数据不可知、数据不可控、数据不可取、数据不可联四大问题进行细化分析,给出数据治理的管控建议,希望为其他金融机构提供参考。

With the deepening of digital transformation and the recognition of data as a core asset,commercial banks,as institutions that store and use large amounts of data,have increasingly highlighted the important role that data plays in their business development.This article takes A Commercial Bank as an example to conduct in-depth research on the management and control of financial data governance issues in A Commercial Bank.Through SWOT analysis,the advantages,disadvantages,opportunities,and threats of A Commercial Bank's financial data governance are sorted out to guide the research direction.Through questionnaire survey method,the problems of A Commercial Bank's financial data governance are summarized,and the four major problems of data unknowability,data uncontrollability,data infeasibility,and data unlinkability are analyzed in detail.Finally,suggestions for data governance control are given to provide support for other financial institutions.
