新常态下高职教育教学管理工作研究

摘要 高职院校作为培养技术技能型人才的重要基地,近年来十分受我国相关教育部门的关注。尤其是在新常态背景下,我国社会对高职院校的要求更高,如何从根本上培养社会所需要的人才成为我国教育部门十分关注的问题。在此背景下,高职院校需全面落实教育改革工作,创新和转变传统的教育教学管理模式,在融合人本主义理念的基础上,制定科学合理的教育教学管理机制,从多方面推动高职教育事业的良好发展。基于此,本文主要围绕着高职教育教学管理工作展开,分析新常态下教学管理的内容与特点以及该项管理工作的指导思想,探究当前高职教育教学管理存在的问题,制定有针对性地解决措施,致力于高职教育的持续性发展,以期为相关工作人员提供有效参考。 In recent years,vocational colleges,as important bases for cultivating technical and skilled talents,have received significant attention from relevant education authorities in China.Especially in the context of the new normal,Chinese society has higher demands for vocational colleges,making the fundamental question of how to cultivate talents needed by society a major concern for the education sector.In this context,vocational colleges need to comprehensively implement educational reform,innovate and transform traditional educational management models,establish scientifically reasonable educational management mechanisms based on the integration of humanistic principles,and promote the sound development of vocational education from multiple perspectives.This article primarily focuses on the management of vocational education,analyzing the content and characteristics of teaching management under the new normal,discussing the guiding ideology of this management work,exploring the existing issues in vocational education management,formulating targeted solutions,and striving for the sustainable development of vocational education,aiming to provide effective reference for relevant personnel.
