计算机辅助训练系统对孤独症幼儿的认知干预效果研究

摘要 孤独症幼儿在认知能力上跟同龄幼儿存在较大差距,而在一线干预中康复师常常需要花费大量的时间准备素材,如何在干预过程中借助数字化手段,提高康复师的工作效率和幼儿干预的效果,需要通过科学研究和实践经验找到合适的解决方案。该研究招募104名幼儿进行双组对照实验,实验组(n=50)使用基于计算机辅助的训练系统,而对照组(n=54)则使用传统的桌面认知训练。结果表明,采取计算机辅助认知功能训练,可有效改善孤独症的认知和自理能力表现。本研究中实验组个案在系统干预后认知功能、日常生活能力评分较对照组有明显改善。此外,家长反馈入组的幼儿并无因为使用计算机辅助认知功能训练而出现不适。总结而言,计算机辅助训练是一种对幼儿是安全有效的模式。 Children with autism often exhibit significant cognitive delays compared to their peers.In frontline interventions,therapists frequently spend considerable time preparing materials.To enhance the efficiency of therapists and the effectiveness of interventions through digital means,suitable solutions must be identified through scientific research and practical experience.This study recruited 104 children for a two-group controlled experiment.The experimental group(n=50)used a computer-assisted training system,while the control group(n=54)underwent traditional tabletop cognitive training.Results indicated that computer-assisted cognitive training can effectively improve cognitive and self-care abilities in children with autism.In this study,the experimental group showed significant improvements in cognitive function and daily living skills scores compared to the control group after system intervention.Additionally,parents reported that the children did not experience discomfort due to the use of computer-assisted cognitive training.In summary,computer-assisted training is a safe and effective method for young children.
