摘要
针对压滤机固液分离效率低、无法获取大尺寸坯料的问题,提出一种运用交流液压技术的压滤成型机构,对其工作原理和结构特点进行详细分析与论述,设计了交流发生装置,并运用AMESim对该系统进行了仿真分析。结果表明,将交流液压技术运用在压滤成型结构中可加快液体渗析速度、提高生产效率,为交流液压系统在压滤机上的运用、解决目前压滤机制备坯料过程中用时长、效率低等问题提供理论支撑。
In view of the low solid-liquid separation efficiency of filter press and the inability to obtain large-size blanks,a filter press forming mechanism using AC(alternating current)hydraulic technology is proposed.The working principle and structural characteristics are analyzed and discussed in detail,and an AC generator device is designed.The system is simulated and analyzed by using AMESim.The results show that the application of AC hydraulic technology in the press filtration forming structure can accelerate the liquid dialysis speed and improve the production efficiency.It provides theoretical support for the application of AC hydraulic system in filter press and solving the problems of long time and low efficiency in the blank preparation process of filter press mechanism.
