海军住院医师规范化培训(简称海军住培)是提升海军卫勤一线救治能力,破解基层军医能力提高瓶颈难题的重要方法。该阶段军医的培养质量直接关乎军事医学人才质量,对军队医疗事业建设具有非常重要的战略意义。本文旨在探讨海军住培中课程思政建设的战略意义、理论诉求与实践探索,希望通过有效的课程思政建设,提升参训住院医师的整体思想道德水平,进一步落实“立德树人,为战育人”的军队院校教育目标。

The standardized training of naval medicine residents is an important stage to improve the firstline treatment ability of naval doctors and break the bottleneck of the generation of grassroots military medical ability.At this stage,the training quality of military doctors is directly related to provide high-quality compound military talents,which has very important strategic significance.This paper focuses on the strategic significance,theoretical appeal and practical exploration of curriculum ideological and political construction in the standardized training of naval resident doctors,hoping to improve the overall ideological and moral level of trainees through effective curriculum ideological and political construction,and further implement the military academy education goal of"moral education,and educating people for war".
