儿科住院医师视角下医学人文教育现状的调查与分析

摘要 目的了解儿科住院医师在参加住院医师规范化培训过程中对医学人文教育现状的认知并提出改进建议。方法选取2023年3月在福建省儿童医院参与住院医师规范化培训的住院医师128人为研究对象,采用问卷调查的方法收集信息,共回收128份问卷。结果医学人文教育课程体系不完善;临床实践缺乏医学人文教育;医学人文教育方式有待更新。结论应推进医学人文课程体系建设,促进医学人文教育与临床实践的有机结合,构建医学人文教育考评体系,落实立德树人职责。 Objective To understand the perception of pediatric resident physicians on the current status of medical humanities education during the standardized training process for resident physicians and propose improvement suggestions.Methods A questionnaire survey was conducted to collect information from residents who participated in standardized training for resident physicians in March 2023(a total of 128 questionnaires were collected).Results The curriculum system of medical humanities education was not perfect.It was lack of medical humanities education in clinical practice.The methods of medical humanities education needed to be updated.Conclusion We should promote the construction of the medical humanities curriculum system,promote the organic integration of medical humanities education and clinical practice,construct a medical humanities education evaluation system,and implement the responsibility of cultivating morality and cultivating talents.
