中国式现代化引领下职业教育高质量发展的理论逻辑、现实困境与实践路径

摘要 职业教育高质量发展是中国式现代化的应有之义和必然要求。文章在中国式现代化引领职业教育高质量发展的理论逻辑分析上,立足实际,从适应性、产教融合、结构性发展、“双师型”教师队伍建设及刻板印象五个方面阐释了当前我国职业教育发展的主要困境,提出增强职业教育适应性、“三确保”做实产教融合、破除结构性困境、持续推进“双师型”教师队伍建设及加大正面宣传力度,以中国式现代化引领职业教育高质量发展的实践路径。 The high-quality development of vocational education is an intrinsic and inevitable requirement of Chinese-style modernization.This paper analyzes the theoretical logic of how Chinese-style modernization drives the high-quality development of vocational education.It discusses the main challenges currently facing vocational education development in China from five perspectives:adaptability,integration of industry and education,structural development,the construction of a"dual-qualified"teaching workforce,and stereotypes.The paper proposes enhancing the adaptability of vocational education,implementing the"Three Guarantees"to solidify the integration of industry and education,addressing structural challenges,continuously advancing the construction of a"dual-qualified"teaching team,and increasing positive promotion efforts to establish a pathway for high-quality vocational education development led b y Chinese-style modernization.
