摘要
为了深入理解厨房油烟颗粒物的排放机制,从而实现精确控制,定量表征厨房油烟颗粒物排放过程意义重大。因此,对厨房油烟颗粒物排放率测试方法进行回顾和展望。首先对颗粒物排放率测试的传统方法进行系统梳理,随后阐述开发排放率新型测试方法的必要性,最后以油烟颗粒物质量排放为例,说明新型动态排放率的测试方法。结果表明,传统的排放率测试方法存在测试条件难以控制、测试结果不准确统一等问题,新型动态测试方法在解决上述问题的基础上,可实现对厨房油烟颗粒物排放率的实时测试,值得进一步深入研究和优化。分析和梳理厨房油烟颗粒物排放率测试方法的技术进展,对进一步定量表征厨房油烟颗粒物排放过程,明确其动态排放规律具有重要意义。
To gain a deep understanding of the emission mechanism of kitchen fume particles and to achieve precise control,it is essential to quantitatively characterize the emission process of the kitchen fume particles.Therefore,a review of the methods for testing the emission rates of kitchen fume particles is presented.The common principles and methods of quantitative testing of particle emission rates are systematically reviewed first.Then,the necessity of new test methods for measuring the dynamic emission rate is elucidated.Finally,the example of particle mass emissions is used to illustrate the new testing method of the dynamic particle emission rate.The results show that the traditional test method has limitations,such as difficulty in controlling test conditions and producing accurate and consistent results.On the basis of addressing the above issues,the new dynamic test method can also realize the real-time test of kitchen particle emission rate,which is worth further in-depth research and optimization.It is of great significance to analyze and sort out the technological progress of the test methods for the emission rate of kitchen fume particles,to further quantitatively characterize the emission process of kitchen fume particles and clarify its dynamic emission law.
