氢氧化锂结晶母液中铊金属的高效脱除研究

摘要 以8%铁基纳米悬浮剂作吸附剂,能够高效、便捷并具有选择性地去除氢氧化锂结晶母液中的铊(Tl)元素。实验结果表明:向500 mL氢氧化锂结晶母液(Li含量为10~17 g/L)中加入30 mL 8%铁基纳米悬浮剂,搅拌1 h,能够完全去除氢氧化锂结晶母液中的Tl元素。此外,氢氧化锂结晶母液经吸附和过滤后,滤液静置24 h后会产生红褐色的絮状物,再次过滤并检测结果显示其主要成分为Fe(OH)_(3)。 Using 8%iron based nano-suspension as adsorbent,Tl element can be removed efficiently,conveniently and selectively from lithium hydroxide crystalline mother liquor.The experimental results show that the Tl element can be completely removed by adding 30 mL of 8%iron based nano-suspension into 500 mL of lithium hydroxide crystalline mother liquor(Li content is 10~17 g/L)and stirring for 1 h.In addition,after the adsorption and filtration of lithium hydroxide crystalline mother liquid,the filtrate will produce a reddish-brown flocculent after standing for 24 h.The main component of the filtrate is Fe(OH)_(3).
