摘要
以山西省吕梁山国有林管理局上庄油松种子园34个油松单亲本家系为对象,通过测定其树高、胸径等生长指标开展家系选择研究。结果表明,34个油松单亲本家系的树高、胸径在家系间均存在极显著差异。其树高、胸径均值分别为156.00 cm、4.41 cm,表型变异系数分别为19.65%、20.33%,遗传变异系数分别为23.44%、24.36%,遗传力分别为0.6141、0.3214,为优良家系的选择提供了基础。树高、胸径均显著大于CK的10个油松优良家系(中11、中21、关6、中12、中16、关4、中26、关5、关7和中32)的树高、胸径平均遗传增益分别为10.01%、8.38%,均可作为优良家系加以利用。其中,关4家系各生长性状和遗传增益最高,可以作为后续重点跟踪的推广应用材料。
A research on family selection was conducted by measuring the growth indicators such as tree height and breast height diameter with 34 single parent families of Pinus tabulaeformis in Shangzhuang Pinus tabulaeformis Seed Orchard of National Forest Administration Bureau of Lvliang Mountain in Shanxi Province as object.The results showed that there were significant differences in tree height and diameter at breast height(DBH)among 34 single parent families of Pinus tabulaeformis.The average tree height and DBH were 156.00 cm and 4.41 cm,the phenotypic variation coefficients were 19.65%and 20.33%.The genetic variation coefficients were 23.44%and 24.36%,the heritabilities were 0.6141 and 0.3214.That could provide a basis for the selection of excellent families.The average genetic gains of tree height and DBH in 10 excellent Pinus tabulaeformis families(Zhong 11,Zhong 21,Guan 6,Zhong 12,Zhong 16,Guan 4,Zhong 26,Guan 5,Guan 7 and Zhong 32)which tree height and DBH were significantly higher than CK were 10.01%and 8.38%,which could be utilized as excellent families.Among them,the growth traits and genetic gains of the Guan 4 families were the highest,which could be used as promotional materials for future key tracking.
