摘要
以总黄酮得率及其抗氧化能力为指标,综合比较了超声波辅助提取法、微波辅助提取法、酶解提取法和闪式提取法4种提取方法的牡丹种皮总黄酮提取效果。结果发现,酶解提取法的总黄酮得率最高,可达71.26 mg/g。酶解提取法得到的牡丹种皮总黄酮提取液清除DPPH自由基、·OH和O-2·的能力最高,清除率可达78.68%、52.36%和31.82%。综合分析可知,4种提取方法的总黄酮得率及抗氧化活性大小顺序均为酶解提取法>微波辅助提取法>闪式提取法>超声波辅助提取法。由此可知,酶解提取法为牡丹种皮总黄酮的最佳提取方法。
The extraction efficiency of total flavonoids from episperm of Paeonia suffruticosa was comprehensively compared using 4 extraction methods such as ultrasound assisted extraction,microwave-assisted extraction,enzymatic extraction and flash extraction with the total flavonoid yield and antioxidant capacity as indicators.The results showed that the enzymatic extraction method had the highest total flavonoid yield which reaching 71.26 mg/g.The total flavonoids extracted from episperm of Paeonia suffruticosa by enzymatic extraction method had the highest ability to scavenge DPPH free radicals,·OH and O-2·which clearance rates were 78.68%,52.36%and 31.82%.Based on comprehensive analysis,the total flavonoid yield and antioxidant activity of the 4 extraction methods were ranked in the order of enzymatic extraction>microwave-assisted extraction>flash extraction>ultrasound assisted extraction.It could be concluded that enzymatic extraction was the optimal method for extracting total flavonoids from episperm of Paeonia suffruticosa.
