成都市乡村建设总体评价与发展策略探究——基于6个县的调研分析

Research on the Overall Evaluation and Development Strategy of Rural Construction in Chengdu City:Investigation and Analysis Based on Six Counties

本文基于四川省成都市2023年宜居宜业和美乡村建设评价工作,结合成都市乡村建设评价指标体系,按照不同经济发展条件选取6个典型样本县(市区),聚焦农房建设、村庄建设、公共服务、村庄治理4个维度96项评价指标,通过与全国、全省样本县乡村建设平均水平比较,行业技术标准比较,城市规划发展目标比较等方法,从农村群众的生产生活需求出发,对成都市乡村建设情况进行全方位评价分析。在对评价结果综合分析的基础上,总结目前成都乡村建设的成效及问题,分析成都不同区域的乡村建设特征,并结合新时期成都超大城市城乡融合发展背景下的宜居宜业和美乡村建设要求提出指引,以供借鉴参考。

This article is based on the rural construction evaluation in Chengdu in 2023.Combined with the evaluation index system of rural construction in Chengdu City,Sichuan Province,six typical sample counties are selected according to different economic development conditions.This evaluation focuses on 96 evaluation indicators across four dimensions:rural housing construction,village construction,public services,and village governance.It compares the findings with the average level of rural construction in sample counties nationwide and in Sichuan Province,as well as with industry technical standards and urban planning and development goals.Starting from the production and living needs of rural residents,this article comprehensively evaluates and analyzes the rural construction situation in Chengdu.Based on a comprehensive analysis of the evaluation results,this article summarizes the current achievements and problems of rural construction in Chengdu,analyzes the characteristics of rural construction in different regions of Chengdu,and proposes guidelines for the construction of livable,employable,and beautiful villages in the context of the integrated urban-rural development of Chengdu as a megacity in the new era for reference.
