浙北集装箱海河联运服务体系发展研究

Research on the Development of the Container Sea-riverIntermodal Transport Service System in the NorthernZhejiang Region

浙江既是全国内河航运发达省份,又是海运大省,具备发展集装箱海河联运的天然条件,但浙北集装箱主通道尚未打通,难以发挥海河联运整体效益。本文立足浙北地区海河联运发展需求、现状基础和瓶颈制约,提出构建浙北海河联运服务体系的关键举措,为世界一流强港建设和现代化内河航运体系示范省建设提供有力支撑。

This article is based on the development needs,current situation foundation,and bottleneck constraints of sea-river intermodal transportation in the northern Zhejiang region.It proposes key measures to build a sea-river intermodal transportation service system in northern Zhejiang,providing strong support for the construction of world-class strong ports and the demonstration province of modern inland waterway shipping system.
